CARE CARD VALIDATATION

first of all, i can only download from server which is fine. but i should be able to pull that report up on any computer. second of all, i cannot print this report. whats the point of doing this if you cant print it to work off of.??? doesnt make sense? also what do the symbols mean on the schedule once you download this report. there is no indication or instructions within accuro aboput theses symbols. it should also say somewhere in the pts demographics near their health card number taht it passed the validation and say which code was given for health card number. also state the date it was last checked. this is all common sense and needs to be added. this is for our protection and the doctors. that way we know which poeple have valid and unvalid health card numbers?? please agree and vote!!
