Add the ability to draw in clinical note (template)

Most of our patient encounters are documented in our chart notes. Periodically it woudl be helpful for clinicians to be able to draw a picture of a particular finding, typically to better describe skin lesions or to demonstrate location of a clinical finding. The ability to do this is one of the strengths of documenting on paper. This capacity is available when using a form, and I hope that it could be rolled over to use in templates also.
