lab linking--actually link lab test names as opposed to results

Currently, even though lab test names appear to be linked together, the linked results are ONLY displayed in the lab display window if a lab test has been done in the same lab 'category' as has been clicked on for viewing. Example: patient has had an ALT done with lab company A and B, but we also get results sometimes for our patients from lab C. All results are linked and we have made an arbitrary decision to have our primary results be those from lab company A. But if the client has never had results from lab company A (only ever used lab companies B and C), then you can't see any of his results when viewing labs 'by result' and clicking on lab company A's grouping (source of our designated primary results for lab linking and therefore is where we always start looking for lab results when viewing from the EMR). This is going to become more and more of an issue as more lab companies come on board and do lab data dumps into Accuro. We set the primary result for our linked labs to a particular lab company, but individual patients may not have had their labs done at that company, and it makes it harder to trend their results.
