Ability to Change the Waitlist Date Options

Would like to change the date options in the new booking window to be able to utilize it more for when the first call was made to book the apt, when a callback needs to be done next, when they called back, etc. The dates listed now are of no use to us when we need them to indicate when they were last called and when to call next, not just to book, but to have more information or confirm something.
