On the Day Sheet, a thin horizontal line indicating the time of day would be helpful to compare where I AM in my schedule vs. where I SHOULD BE.

We've seen this used in our previous system. Essentially, it's a running marker that starts at the top of the Day Sheet and descends downward as time passes. If I am seeing a 10:00 patient and the line indicates to me (by it's position lower than that patient on the day sheet, plus a label with the current time) that I am behind, it is motivation to hurry a bit.
