Ability to choose a file type OTHER than CSV file when exporting a query builder report

A way to choose different file types when saving a query builder report. Right now the only option is to save the export as a CSV file, and to then go back and change the exported report into an Excel 97 – 2003 Workbook (or other), delete the original CSV file (as to not have duplicates), etc. etc. We'd like a way that we can choose from a drop-down menu of type of file (second screen shot) right off the bat when saving a query builder export. This would be really helpful and save a lot of time in terms of making sure the files are compatible since several different version of Excel may be in use at an office/clinic.
