24 Hour Time in Accuro Merged

Customers would like the choice of using Military Time in Accuro. Specifically for the scheduler and the Claims start and end times. Currently you are able to type in 24 hour format within the claim details, but it will automatically display in 12 hour format.

    If implemented, this would be nice if it was extended to the reports as well. If your preference was to view 24 hour time, then all reports would also display 24 hour time.
