Mass Transfer patient charts from one Office Provider to another

The ability to select one Office Provider's assigned patients and Mass Transfer/Assign to a new Office Provider (could be done when a physician leaves and another physician is replacing)

    'We are a very large instance that uses the "Office Provider" and 'Enrolled Provider" within the Patient section.

     

    When a Provider leaves, there is currently no easy way to 'mass transfer' Providers A patients to Provider B.

     

    A 'mass' transfer tool would be excellent as we currently have to do this manually which could be anywhere from 100 patients up to 300 patients depending on the Provider assignment.'
