Make a Patient Chart Available to an Additional Office

Within large clinics it can be difficult to provide access to a patient chart within one office and make it so that the user doesn't have access to any other patient information from that clinic, it might be beneficial if there was the ability to either... >Copy a patient chart and re-assign all of the chart items to a physician in another office (Keeping record of the original creator of each chart item[ie. Dr. Smith {Previously Dr. Jones}]). OR >Be Able to assign a chart item to multiple physicians, even ones outside of the current office. Just an idea!
