Add "copy provider to..." button in the F6 field

Would be very helpful to have the "copy provider to.." (blue arrow button) available when creating a new patient (F6). Thank you!

    YES PLEASE!  When adding a new patient via F6, Referring Physician and Family Physician are often the same but currently, we must search twice to add the same name to these fields.
