Make EMR buttons accessible by mouse click AND keyboard!

It would be great if a keyboard typist like me didn't have to switch back and forth from keyboard to mouse in order to access buttons like "OK" on the EMR. One should be able to to hit keystrokes like "ALT-O" to access button like "OK". Imagine being in the Mail section and being able to access the "Review", "Forward" and "Reply" buttons from the keyboard. Seems like a no-brainer to me, and most software programs you will ever use have this feature! Why not on Accuro?

    A customer has reported that they would also really like to user the keyboard arrows to be able to scroll through the items in the virtual chart previewer.
