Have the Version code show on all bills and requisitions

Right now only the OHIP number shows without the version code. Healthscreen showed the health number and version code on everything - labs and billing - so if you had a bill come back EH2 you could check the recent labs to see if the VC matched. The Health Card is not checked EVERY time the patient comes in - I know it is supposed to be but that just doesn't happen. You cannot tell from the chart what was updated so if a bill comes back for VC and you check the chart the expiry on the health card may be valid but the patient may have a new card that we don't know about. There is no way to see what was updated in the demographics. The version code on bills and labs etc would be a great help when trying to reconcile.
