Automate gender pronouns - templates Merged

It would be great if the M - F pronoun would change based on the gender of the patient when doing a note. We know that there is a M - F button int eh note- but it is easy to forget and requires and extra step. Our previous software did this automatically.

    If the gender of the patient is already entered when the demographics of a new patient are created, then Accuro should be able to automatically carry that forward when doing a clinical note rather than having to select the M->F button.
