Lab Review History--More Information Needed

When we need to check the history to see which staff member reviewed a particular patient's labs, the 'Review History' functionality (accessed via the Virtual Chart, right-clicking on a test/bundle of lab tests that were drawn on a particular day and choosing 'Review History') provides only dates and names of the reviewer. For example, if a number of blood tests were drawn on the same day it is impossible to find out which specific test was reviewed as the individual tests aren't identified in any way--the only information provided is a date and the clinician name. This is an issue when some test results come back on different days and the Review History function doesn't display which test came back on what day, simply that a test was reviewed. This amount and degree of detail is crucial in managing and understanding the information flow within the chart, and if there is a breakdown at any point of lab result management we need to be able to identify the specific tests and not only when, but who dealt with them.
