in lab results entry, can the option reviewed - only be available for the physicians to click, option send to provider only available to staff, lab,etc.

we had a problem where the lab staff clicked reviewed and it defaulted always to reviewed, which means the physicians did not get to see that lab entry as it was not sent to them.  If we could eliminate the reviewed option for staff and have it only available for the physicians it would stop this.  Staff never should have the option to hit reviewed.
