MODIFY DOCUMENT NAME

Once the document is filed we are able to modify the document date. I would like the ability to modify the document name as I sometimes file the document under the wrong name. (For ex. it's an x-ray and I file it as consult letter). The only way that I know of to change this is to transfer the file. I can transfer to the same patient and change the document to the correct name, but it is very inefficient.

This can be done from the Virtual Chart by right-clicking on the chart item, choosing Modify from the menu, and then choosing Type. A separate pop-up will allow you to change the Document type as needed.

I thought you were able to select "modify" and then "type" for this?
