There should be a pop up window, that asks you whether or not you want to arrive a patient. This will help reduce clerical errors and also wait time for the patients in waiting rooms.

Since using this software, I have been made aware, that multiple times clerks have forgot to arrive patients and they have been waiting for extended periods of time or way past there appointment time.

    Thanks for your feedback, after which action would you prefer to be notified that a patient is not arrived?

    Would the pop-up appear as soon as you searched and/or selected the patient?

    Would it appear after updating demographics for a patient with a same-day appointment?

    Would it appear after a certain amount of time had passed after the patient's scheduled appointment time?
