Check in

A “Check In / Check Out” feature – (or synchronization feature) that would allow a form / note, etc. to be partially completed in the system – (with client name, other demographics etc.) to be “Checked out” on a laptop and then completed at a non connected location – ie: patient’s home and then revised form “Checked in”/Synchronized again when the laptop was connected to the network with the Accuro instance. We want this functionality to work without having an internet connection when we are completing the “checked out” form only a connection to the Accuro database when for the first and last steps.

    Accuro is integrated with Ocean for patient forms, which can be provided to the patient in-office to complete on a tablet, or securely emailed to the patient to complete using the Ocean online portal, ahead of their appointment.
