When pressing the Office Provider look up when entering a new patient, the list should default to your own office providers

When adding a new patient in F6, the look up button next to office provider brings up the address book. On the right hand side, the list shown there should automatically default to a list of Office Providers for YOUR office with the ability to search for others, if necessary. However that space should only ever be filled with a doctor who is currently working in your clinic.
