save recently filed documents in a separate folder

This would be useful when you think a document may have been incorrectly filed, as wrong type or wrong patient, or when another Dr office says they sent you a fax and you can't find it under the pt's name, you could look in the recently filed documents folder to check if it exists. This folder could be set up to purge after a period of time so it doesn't get too large. Filed docs are currently sent to the deleted folder, but this will stop when the latest update rolls out sometime in July
