Occupation field in demographics should be a drop-down with a "manage" button

Currently, if one wants to add an occupation to a patient's demographics, one has to type in the occupation every time. It would be more useful to have a drop-down menu with a manage button, so that admin staff could pick from an existing list, and add a new occupation if necessary. This will make things easier for querying, and prevent multiple entries for the same occupation (lawyer, attorney, etc.).
