Virtual Chart keep document highlighted particularly for when researching chart for insurance enclosures

I wish there was a way to keep documents either highlighted or marked while researching a patient's chart for consultations with specialist, labs, SOAP notes, etc. that you would like to forward to an insurance company. I find it a pain in the butt when I am looking up info to send to an insurance company and I have to write them down, attach them to a task so I know which documents to reselect later to fax. it would make it easier if say there was another column added that user can of course choose to use (see) or not that allows you to either keep the documents you want to include with the APS request/medical chart release highlighted or a place that you can checked off so that you know what you are wanting to include when you do go to fax it off. Then once you have faxed it the highlighted documents are unhighlighted or unchecked. If that makes sense. Right now I just make a task and check off documents I want to send and then when I want to fax it I have to recheck everything all over again and readjust my Accuro screen or open another Accuro screen to recheck the documents that I want to fax. Very annoying.
