Form Editor Date Text Fields - Print Blank when no value entered

Customers would like the Date Text Fields in forms to print and fax blank if there are no values entered. Currently, if you have the Date Text Fields on the form and do not enter a value, the MM-DD-YYYY remains on the form when faxing and printing. For forms with many of these fields, it appears that the form is incomplete, when in fact, the customer does not have a date to enter there (IE: Vaccination Forms). Other Text Field components print blank if nothing is entered and customers would like the same functionality with these.
