one-time exception to billing rule violation

I bill for ophthalmology in BC and would love the ability to create one-time exceptions to my 'billing rule violation'. When I create a billing rule and select 'validate during submission' Accuro will not allow me to create an exception to this and blocks it being submitted. There are a number of times when MSP will allow multiple billings that are within the date range normally allowed IF certain conditions are met and included in a note to MSP. When 'validate during submissions' is not checked then I cannot use my daily claims/unsubmitted claims page and use macros (which what I use most of the time) to validate. This can then only be done on the Daily Claims page.
