Currently in Accuro, there is no setting or ability to Individually Separate Documents when faxing or printing. - This includes faxing/printing from the Virtual Chart and from a Generated Letter with attachments Right now, when selecting more than one Document from the Virtual Chart to Print or Fax, the Documents selected will be sent on Continuous Paper instead of being sent as Individual Documents. - The same result happens when more than one Document is attached to a Generated Letter and then Printed or Faxed; the Documents attached will be sent on Continuous Paper instead of being sent as Individual Documents This is an issue for any office or recipient that needs these files separated so they can properly file these Documents in the Patient's Chart. - Not all files will be about the same subject - It is inefficient to have to cut a page in half to separate the Document and then glue that half to the beginning of another Document just to have them filed together and correctly. This is also a growing concern for faxing hospitals and other lab reports to other offices using EMRs as they also need to store the documents as individual files, not as one lump. Possible Solution: - Have an option, or checkbox, to separate the Documents when Printing or Faxing - Have an option to include Page Breaks at the end of one Document so they are always on separate pages
