Each provider can bill four case conference codes per year but Accuro can only detect when four case conference codes have been billed for a given patient. It would be helpful to have provider specific rules so that an alert will pop-up only when a given provider has exceeded four case conference codes within the last 12 months.
I concur with the comment above. All of our clinics are on the same database so the billing rules affect all. Please consider making it provider specific. Thank you.
