Set Default Recipient for referral letter task

After hitting send within the generated letter screen, on the select recipient page, when Referral Letter is checkmarked, it be useful when the choice "referral letter task" is selected, in addition to creating a patient task, a task recipient could be a) Chosen manual b) Chosen by default as a result of a user preference. Currently, the workflow (after sending the letter/creating tasks) involves hitting F7. Opening the newly created task, assigning it to a user or group of users. and updating changes.

    Referrals appointments are being missed because there is no default recipient for the "new referral task" and no way to immediately select a recipient. The work around takes too long and task in the end falls through the cracks. This is a patient safety issue and should immediately be corrected so a reconciliation task to my receptionists is the default
