fax blasting

We are a new clinic that just opened not even a month ago with 4 busy Internal Medicine Specialists. It would be great if the following was available: 1. Accuro enter all the physician's/specialists demographics in to a pre-generated address book with fax numbers for that specific area of the country. 2. The capability to click once and the introduction letter be sent out to all physicians who have a fax number that is in the address book. I am finding that with entering all the information for the Southern Ontario Physicians is taking up quite a lot of time, then I have to go back at the end of my day and fax blast out to their offices 10-15 physicians at a time so they can receive the introduction letter while the office is closed as it causes an interruption in the faxes that is being received during our busy clinics.

I agree. This would also be useful for notifying "Favorite" pharmacies or clinics, etc that we will be closed for holidays/renovations, etc
