Our typist creates documents outside of Accuro. These are printed off and signed by the doctor, then we have to scan & fax to a number of doctors and/or contacts. Putting them into Accuro EMR first is time consuming and inefficient, so we fax the document and then file the document. This means that we have to select multiple recipients each time. It would be much more efficient to have a list in "Patient" tab that can be added recipients to and that would pop up when we "open send fax dialogue".
