Remove middle name from alias search results

When searching in the Patients section, if your patient has a middle name recorded, it will appear in the alias name, even though there is no "middle name" spot in an alias. For patients that prefer their middle name, the alias search result has the same name twice. Example: patient John Brad Smith, he has an alias of Brad Smith. When he appears in the search results it will display "Smith Brad Brad." It looks silly. Either removing the middle name from the alias search results, or add a middle name field to the alias would look better.
