We completely understand the request here is to have a quick way to jump between the Faxes and Scans folders.
However, in the meantime, this could take you as few as 4 clicks.
Click on the Documents Directory
Click to move up one folder level
Select the other Folder (Scans or Faxes)
Press Open

Yes. There are too many steps to switch from the scan folder to the fax folder. Wish there could be two folders on the task bar. One for faxes and one for scans.
Completely agree! The Documents icon "short cut" on menu on the left side of the home page is nice but it takes several clicks once you're in there to move between the Scan folder and the Fax folder. It would be much more efficient if there were 2 Document icons in the menu home page, perhaps one called Documents-Fax and the other Documets-Scan.
