Framingham Calculator to Include CVD for 1st Degree Relatives

One of our physicians indicated that it would be nice if there was an option on the Framingham calculator that would allow you to add if a 1st degree relative of the patient had CVD, the risk would double (for men <55 and for women <65). He mentioned that they often forget to double the risk and would be nice to add this to automatically be included as well as the total risk that they show to the patient is not accurate if the family history indicates that there was a 1st degree relative with CVD.

the version of accuro I am using does have this option. It correctly doubles the risk when you check the appropriate box, but unfortunately the positive family history and the fact that risk was doubled, is not recorded in the automatically generated note.
