Expand Annotations to Labs and Dications

Customer feedback regarding annotations:

I was very excited about the addition of Annotate for the documents. One problem, I can't seem to do the same for the Excelleris files. E.g. OR dictations. Right now, I have to print them off and then fix any errors. You need to take one more step so we can put information on labs, OR reports, path reports. It would be very helpful.

    YES please! it is the frustration of not being able to do simple things to communicate, like make notes on documents and quickly fax back to someone, etc that makes us wish for paper charts again.
