I received a document under HRM, it goes under lab. folder, I have no idea why documents were chosen to go under lab folder. I need to annotate it and return it to sender but found that I am unable to annotate it. I called Accuro support and was advised that because HRM documents go under Lab folder, it cannot be annotated. That beats the purpose of using HRM. This need to be changed quickly, either allow lab folder documents to be annotated OR move HRM documents into another folder OR I may have to cancel HRM and have documents come in by regular fax I see only these 3 options.
Yes I agree, we must be able to highlight incoming HRM reports and OLIS LABS!!! Please make this in your next update as soon as possible!
