Hi Stanley - What we have often done for users is replace the 2 Male and Female checkboxes with 1 pre-checked box plus the gender label. This results in the checkbox being checked automatically with the patient gender beside it.
It's not exactly what you are looking for, but it provides a similar end result.
Many of the forms that we upload to ACCURO have a check box for each gender. This would help autocomplete.
