It would be great for a patients height and weight to auto populate in the forms in ACCURO.

    As indicated in the other comment, you can pull patient height and weight onto Forms using the components in Form Editor.

    You have the option of automatically displaying the patient's most recent result, or you can create a dropdown component to select the result you desire and enter a new result if needed.

    As long as the component queries are filled correctly in the form it will auto populate when the form is loaded or refreshed
