Allow Accuro to pull Patient Demographic info when creating a New Booking Request in the Wait List.

For large scale clinics or anyone frequently using the Wait List, making the New Booking Request process become faster could be incredibly time saving when having to create high amounts of New Booking Requests.  If A New Booking Request can be be somehow linked to an Appointment or Task and pull in/autopopulate the patient demographic info accordingly.  Another idea the client had was a potential check box, to select whether or not to autopopulate patient demographic info.
