Gender field name change to 'Sex on OHIP' Merged

We serve a transgender client population. Their OHIP sex does not match their identified gender. So we have created a custom field for gender identified different than OHIP. This confuses users so if we are able to change the name of the gender, that would be helpful.

    If the hardcoded option for "Gender" was replaced with "Sex" a new hardcoded option for "Gender" could be added. "Sex" could be used to identify with what is recorded on the OHIP card for billing purposes and "Gender" would be used for what the patient identifies as.
