Our clinic uses Cliniconex to send out appt reminders to patients. The destination of the reminder is pulled from the address note field. It would be very helpful to have this information displayed on my status bar when booking appts.
When I book an appointment for a patient and I want to confirm how they want to receive their reminders via Cliniconex, I have to book the appointment, save it and then go into Patient Demographics to either confirm or select the patient's preferred contact method for their reminders (i.e., text, email or voice). This is not efficient what-so-ever. I cannot utilize the use of another window as (Alt+Patient) as this does not refresh when I am manoeuvring through Accuro and selecting other patients. Therefore, my recommendation to resolve this is to have a Cilniconnex selection within the appointment window when booking the appointment. This will allow us to confirm the preferred contact method with the patient at the time of scheduling the appointment. This would be a game changer! Please consider looking into this further as soon as possible. Thank you!
