Integrating Cliniconex Status in Appointment Details

When booking patient appointments, I always confirm date and time of appointment, but I also confirm with the patient how they are set up to receive their automated reminders by Cliniconex. I currently need to save the appointment and either click on the Patients tab or select Ctrl 3 to access the patient demographics in order to confirm/select the preferred correspondence. It would be EXTREMELY valuable to have this option in the Appointment Details so I can confirm everything with the patient in one screen. A satisfactory solution to this would be to have this information listed in the patient details to the right of the scheduler. At least we can cut down on the number of times we need to switch from screen to screen. Utilizing the split screens feature does not work as the populated patient does not change in the secondary screen which negates the point of creating a seamless workflow.
