Crazy in this day and age to not have autosave. Shame nobody acted on this at the time, I just lost 4 hours of work. Sometimes accuro feels like 1995. Flabbergasted. It doesn't have to be this way. For the price we pay for this software, it should be far better. To make matters worse you charge additional fees for customer service.

You asked for them to elaborate, I will tell you that I was working on a medical report through our accuro asp. I left the file open for later use assuming incorrectly that it would autosave. I tried to open the document later at a different computer when I was logged in at work and to my surprise the document had not autosaved. When I returned home, I woke up my original computer with the work on it and for a moment the document flashed on the screen before it automatically closed the accuro session presumably because it timed out.  I never saw the work again.

Now instead of restarting the work again, I'm taking the time to explain to you what was meant by some frustrated person who had a similar experience. You need to do better. There are too few competitors in the space maybe. I don't know. I'm at a loss.

    frustrated.

Hi - Thanks for adding an idea for consideration. Could you elaborate?
