Auto Save Printed Req's Merged

Currently a requisition can be filled out and printed without being saved to the chart. If an item is created, filled, and printed it should be deemed important enough to be saved to the chart. 

 

Recently there was an error is a x-ray req and the hospital called for clarification but we couldn't see the req on the chart. Audit log showed the Dr. printed a form but never saved it.
