Chat should be connected to user - Online / Offline

Clinics with multiple stations working simultaneously. 

They are having problems with the instant messenger because of this workflow. 

They are logged in on one computer - lock screen - log in on computer.One instance on line - other computer is offline. 

login to chat on one computer - automatically online 

login to another computer - the first instance goes offline 

This is causing a lot of issues with being unable to use the chat function as users are constantly offline 

Chat should be connected to user no matter where they are are
