Case #727781
It would be very helpful to have a way of tracking any referrals or requisitions that have not been sent or faxed out. With our office being very busy with 5 paediatricians there have been a couple of occasions where doctor generated referrals/requisitions were not sent but these were not caught until weeks later (either we are accessing chart for another reason and notice this or the family calls to follow up on this). Normally the doctor tasks the admin staff to send off these referrals/reqs or they send themselves but as mentioned, it gets extremely busy at times. Thanks.
