Add Immunization Summary to clinical notes EMR Bands

Workflow > When physician open clinical notes the EMR bands show up at the bottom, all are present EXCEPT immunization summary as it is not hard coded in.  It would be very helpful to add this for billing workflows when we need to verify what immunization has given when the physician doesn't chart it properly.

Billing workflow > Claims > Select Patient > F3 > Encounter Summary > Open Clinical Note (bands show at bottom with labs etc

Do not want to add this to the clinical note loaded as it would not be needed for every patient
