Ability to dock icons in pt info area (right hand side in scheduler)

In the scheduler, when checking in patients, mostly the right hand side patient demographic box is used for verifying info.  It would be nice to have some icons (like the money bag for outstanding private pay fees) in that area, as opposed to only being able to dock the icons in the Demographics Status Bar, which is often not looked at when checking in, or looking up a patient.  It would also be nice to have a pop up for private pay outstanding fees.
