Cancelled appointment, viewable in scheduler Merged

When an appointment gets cancelled a doc looking at their daysheet or scheduler just sees a blank spot, leaving no indication that there was an appointment there. I suggest leaving the appointment there as a semi transparent appointment noting that it is cancelled. It could be overwritten by adding a new appointment. Accuro would see that as a spot to use and the docs would see it as an opportunity to see why the patient cancelled and know if they should follow up.
