For large clinics, it is extremely difficult for providers to select specific users to assign tasks to, when only the user name of the recipient is showing, instead of their full name.
This would make it easier for large offices - as user ID to identify staff is not very useful
For big family health teams this is helpful when you know people by 1st name only.
