Show "Display Name" not "User Name" in messages and tasks

Currently, when sending a message or task, one has to pick from the list of user names on the left-hand side. However, in a large clinic, with many users, it becomes a problem because people are not known by their user names! When a user is created, there is the option to include a "Display Name". I think it would be preferred to show this Display Name in the list of message and task recipients. So far, the only place I see the display name in use is in the status bar at the bottom of the screen to show who is logged in. Andrew
