Alert User when Arriving Patient with more than 1 appointment

I would like there to be a way to alert the staff who are arriving patients when a patient has more than one appointment at a time. We often have patients with testing in different areas and they need to be booked with different people. When the staff is very busy some of the additional appointments get missed.

This would ensure our clinic runs more efficiently.

Maybe an alert of some sort can come up when the same patient is booked for more than one test?

    Admin response

There is an Office Preference that you can set to apply statuses to multiple appointments (like Arrived). The three options are:

    1. Never Apply

    2. Always Apply

    3. Ask Each Time

If you set this to Ask Each Time there will be a pop-up on the Scheduler when you arrive a single appointment if the patient has multiple appointments that same day.

To access Office Preferences you must be a System Admin. Accuro Menu > Users > Manage Security > Offices > Preferences.
